Vicarolo

Google Business Profile management for location networks

Change sixty listings without looking like a bot.

Vicarolo edits Business Profile listings in bulk, then releases the changes over hours or days instead of all at once. It also watches your listings and tells you when something changes that you did not do.

Same 60 edits, two release patterns Window: 72 hours
Bulk tool, submitted at once Reads as automated

Vicarolo, paced by field risk Reads as ordinary editing

Three things, none of them exciting, all of them the job.

Edit in a grid

Every location in one table. Change a column, or export to CSV, edit in a spreadsheet, and import it back. Locations are matched on their Google ID, so renaming a business never orphans a row.

Release on a schedule

Before anything is sent you see exactly when each change goes out. Identity fields get a cooldown per profile. Descriptions and hours move faster. You can watch the queue drain.

Get told when things change

Vicarolo takes a snapshot of every listing and compares it. When a category, phone number, or set of hours changes and it was not you, you get an email naming the location and the field.

Not every field carries the same risk.

Suspensions cluster around rapid edits to the fields Google uses to decide whether a business is real. Vicarolo classifies each field and paces it accordingly, rather than treating a holiday hours update the same as a category change.

Built for networks, not for one storefront.

Vicarolo is aimed at franchise systems, clinic groups, dealer networks, and anyone else responsible for dozens or hundreds of listings they did not personally create. If you manage one location, Google's own dashboard is fine and free.
